Pavlina Proestou

Pavlina was born in Nicosia in 1995. She championed and holder of golden, silver and bronze medals in a multitude of rhythmic competitive gymnastics, locally and abroad.

Focused in Physical Education from a very young age, in 2013 she began her studies at the Department of Physical Education & Sport Science at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she graduated in 2017 with Honors.

In 2020 she became a certified Pilates Instructor from GRAFTS Hellas.
